Pt. 4 – Todd a D-list tv star refuses to pay for a TV install !!

(Part 4 in Our Series Exposing Todd & Julie Chrisley’s Financial Shenanigans)

The truth about Todd and Julie Chrisley’s financial dealings continues to unravel, and this time, it’s a small business that finally got justice. After months of being ignored, Wired for Living LLC, a family-owned business in Georgia, was forced to take Todd Chrisley to court over an unpaid bill.

The company, which specializes in home technology installations, had installed a television for the Chrisleys but never received payment. With no other options left, they filed a lawsuit in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court to demand what they were owed, $1237.00 — a paltry sum for the High Flying Chrisley Crime Family.

Taking Todd to Court

The legal filing shows that Wired for Living LLC pursued legal action against Todd Chrisley (legal name: Michael Todd Chrisley), seeking payment for services rendered. Court documents warned that if Chrisley failed to respond within 30 days, a default judgment could be entered against him.

Unlike some of his past financial scandals, this time, Chrisley didn’t ignore the legal process entirely. But he still didn’t pay up right away.

A Last-Minute Settlement

After dragging out the process, Todd Chrisley finally settled the debt and paid Wired for Living—but only after being taken to court. It wasn’t until the legal pressure mounted that he agreed to settle the balance rather than risk a judgment against him.

This raises an important question: Would Todd Chrisley have ever paid if he hadn’t been sued? The fact that a small business had to go to these lengths just to receive fair compensation speaks volumes about his financial priorities.

A Pattern of Behavior

Chrisley’s reluctance to pay what he owed is not an isolated incident. Over the years, he and his wife Julie have faced a long list of financial and legal troubles, including tax evasion, fraud, and lawsuits over unpaid debts. Their extravagant lifestyle on Chrisley Knows Best painted a picture of financial success, but the reality seems far more complicated.

Why This Matters

While the Chrisleys may live lavishly, small businesses like Wired for Living don’t have the luxury of waiting around for rich clients to decide when (or if) they will pay. This case highlights how difficult it can be for independent businesses to hold wealthy individuals accountable.

Fortunately, Wired for Living stood its ground and won—but they never should have had to go to court in the first place.

What’s Next?

With this lawsuit now settled, one thing is clear: Todd Chrisley only pays his debts when he has no other choice. This case is yet another chapter in the Chrisleys’ long history of financial disputes, and it begs the question—how many other unpaid bills are still out there?

Stay tuned as we continue to uncover the truth about Todd & Julie Chrisley’s financial dealings in our ongoing investigative series.
